Know Before You Go

Please confirm that the ticket has been accurately issued, in absence of your communication we shall conclude that your documents are in order. To facilitate changes without incurring penalties, kindly contact us during business hours same day as ticket issuance.
· No-shows may result in losing your entire ticket. Avoid them by contacting us at least 5 hours before your flight's departure time.
Check the travel rules and restrictions of your departure and arrival country.
Check-in times can vary based on destination and carrier. Details can be found during online check-in process or on carrier's website.
Most destinations require that you travel with a passport that is valid for at least six months after you return home and has two or more blank pages.
Review airline, hotel, and land transportation requirements. Check for changes to service, check-in policies, and on-site amenities.
